Sarah has worked with clients of all ages and their families in many different settings for twenty years. She is a medical social worker with extensive experience in crisis intervention, trauma, grief, new medical diagnosis and end-of-life care. Sarah uses a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques and works with clients who struggle with anxiety and depression, as well as family and faith transitions.
Sarah believes life is always changing. It is a kaleidoscope of joy and sorrow, tragedy and contentment. Sometimes our happiness is so great it overflows, while other times the struggle to just make it through the day can be mighty. Sarah considers it a privilege to serve others as they go through life’s transitions. Counseling serves as an opportunity for working through change, loss, crisis and heartbreak to help find balance and meaning.
