Lyndi Emfield, LAMFT
Master of Marriage and Family Therapy
- Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Lyndi’s journey into therapy began with a bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, she brings a down-to-earth style to her work with individuals, couples, and families facing life’s twists and turns. Passionate about building healthy relationships and fostering personal growth, her approach is as unique as each client she works with—blending a variety of therapeutic models to create a personalized plan that fits the individual’s or family’s needs. Whether it’s helping someone navigate anxiety, assisting a couple in rebuilding trust, or supporting a family through a major transition, Lyndi takes a holistic, solution-focused approach that’s all about gaining insight, increasing capacity, and moving forward with confidence.
Lyndi views therapy as a collaborative journey, where clients are encouraged to share what’s on their minds in a warm, welcoming space. Whether it’s navigating relationship challenges, personal growth, or life transitions, she works alongside each client to foster meaningful, lasting change. For Lyndi, therapy isn’t just about tackling problems, it’s about discovering the superpowers you didn’t know you had, building resilience, and learning to approach life’s curveballs with courage and clarity.
When she’s not in session, Lyndi is likely out exploring the great outdoors with her husband, kids, and grandkids in the stunning Idaho wilderness. Whether she’s hiking up a mountain, cooking up something delicious, or getting creative with art and painting, she’s always finding new ways to have fun and embrace the adventure of life.
