Becky uses a whole person approach to therapy, which incorporates our past, present and future self. We are a collective sum of all of our experiences, and understanding this can help us learn from our past, understand our now, and look forward to our future as we grow and change into our happiest and healthiest version of ourselves. Utilizing person centered, cognitive behavioral (CBT), trauma informed, strength and solution based therapy models. She will walk beside you as you learn, grow, and reach your goals.
Becky believes each of us is an expert in ourselves, and we get to be the champion of our own story. The solutions we are seeking and the peace we need are within us. Sometimes we just need a little help to see, understand, learn, and find our way. Partnering as a team makes the journey a little less lonely, a little less heavy, and a lot more happy.
