Dr. Kyla McBurney-Rebol

Dr. McBurney-Rebol is trained in neuroscience, neuropsychology, and evidence-based psychotherapy. In her practice of psychology, she applies the principles of learning, motivation, perception, cognition, and emotion to assist her clients with a wide range of problems, such as anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, abuse recovery, and relationship difficulties through short and long-term treatment. She also supports individuals and couples who desire to engage in personal self-evaluation to enhance their development and relationships. She will work with you to develop strategies to help you in school, work, and daily life.

Dr. McBurney-Rebol conducts diagnostic testing and assessment for people of all ages to guide treatment. In cases where testing has already been performed, she can help interpret and explain the information and how it applies to your life.

Dr. McBurney-Rebol has published and presented scientific research on agenesis of the corpus callosum. She is interested in social cognition, decision making, and human factors engineering. She also provides leadership development consultation for individuals, groups, and organizations.

Dr. McBurney-Rebol was born in Bangkok, Thailand and has lived and traveled around the world. She is married with three children and has lived in Idaho Falls since 2005.
